4 Week Pilates Challenge for Beginners!

Updated: Aug 21, 2021

Hello friends! One of my lovely subscribers suggested I do a weekly workout schedule for beginners...and so I took it one step further and created a 4 week workout schedule! Each day will consist of one or two of my workouts ranging from 10 to 45 minutes total, so this challenge will be perfect for anyone who's really limited on time.

Remember, if you are a beginner, or perhaps you're just getting back into working out after a long break, it's totally normal to struggle. Commit to working out with me everyday, always try your best, and know that each day you're getting stronger and closer to reaching your fitness/wellness goals. Part of the beauty of this challenge is on week 3 you'll repeat the week 1 schedule and on week 4 you'll repeat the week 2 schedule...so you'll find that exercises you struggled with during the first 2 weeks aren't quite as difficult as you continue to gain more strength and flexibility. After all, PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS!

As always, I created a YouTube playlist for your convenience! Be sure to take a screenshot of your workout schedule below since some days you'll do one workout and other days you'll do two. If you don't want to warm-up on your own each day, do this quick routine to prep your body and help prevent injuries >>> Warm-Up Routine <<< Be sure to leave me a comment on each YouTube video...let me know you're doing this challenge and please keep me posted on your progress. I'll cheer you on the whole month! Have fun; YOU GOT THIS! xoxo
